I have to admit laundry is my least favorite household chore (well maybe next to last. It’s slightly better than cleaning the bathroom!) With 6 people, our family generates a ton of laundry each week. Fortunately for me – Purex is coming out with a new laundry detergent to help busy moms. Starting in February 2012, their Triple Action laundry detergent will be available in UltraPacks. My Thoughts:
- As someone has to be careful of a past back injury, I love how light these are. To save money, we usually buy the economy size of laundry detergent. Which means my husband has to do laundry until the jug is light enough for me to handle. Purex UltraPacks are ideal for people with back injuries or who are pregnant and shouldn’t be lifting anything heavy.
- I love that Purex UltraPacks are pre-measured. Just toss it in the washer with your laundry and you are good to go. The ultimate in convenience for busy moms.
- UltraPacks mean no spills which is definitely a plus when you are a bit clumsy like me!
- These work great with HE washers. Given my dislike for my HE washer, I wasn’t sure if the pack would dissolve completely. I am happy to report though that it did. Purex recommends putting the pack in your washer before you put any clothes in so that is what I did.
- Purex UltraPacks offer the same great cleaning power I have come to expect from Purex. I love how convenient they are!
